BASTA

The BASTA system is certification system for chemical composition in building materials, used by both suppliers and purchaser such as architects, real estate owners and contractors. It's co-owned by IVL and the Swedish Construction Federation.

eBVD

eBVD i Norden AB, through their electronic construction material declaration, facilitates digitizing the construction process for both manufacturers and builders and contribute to more environmentally friendly construction. The company was formed by IVL Swedish Environmental Institute and the Building Materials Industries.

CCBuild

Center for Circular Building, CCBuild, is a platform for circular building. The real estate and building sector can find a network, support, guides and a product bank where reusable construction material can be added. The goal is a circular and sustainable building industry.

EPD International

EPD International operates and manages the EPD system which is a system for verification and registration of environmental product declarations, EPDs EPD International AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of IVL since 2014.

Möbelfakta

Möbelfakta AB provides a sustainability label system for furniture based on environmental data, quality and a responsible supply chain. The company is jointly owned by IVL and the Swedish Federation of Wood and Furniture Industry.

BM

BM (Byggsektorns Miljöberäkningsplattform) is a tool for climate calculations of buildings. By using the tool, the user can see the climate impact of a building and how changing material choices and production methods can reduce emissions. BM is wholly owned by IVL.
